I would hurt people without this product I have been using this wild yam cream for a year and a half. Prior to this I was using bcp's to help reduce my monthly issues. Needless to say the pills were not working and I was on a quest to find a natural alternative. Not only do I use this product daily and recommend it to others, I have bought it as a gift for a friend (who also loves it) and my husband and kids smile around me again. Bonus points for the Vitamin E and for people telling me I look younger! January 23, 2013

Reasonable Results So Far This was the only wild yam cream I found completely "natural" which I consider an important factor. Another product containing paraben delivered greater results but once I realized the paraben content, the risk is not worth it to me, so was happy to find this. Wild yam is being used as a mild HRT alternative and am currently in the second month of usage, I do notice that my odd mood swings have simmered down which is a 'plus' for everyone involved, and perhaps notice a positive change in skin appearance.
