Full of inulin (chicory root) for the fiber Don't use these if you have any tendency toward gas! I should have read the ingredients before ordering. Inulin is notorious for causing gassiness . The other bars I ordered didn't seem to list inulin which I sure appreciate! Beware! April 18, 2013
