"I can tell this is a terrific product, but it is indeed grainy. If you rub a tiny bit between the palms of your hands, it does indeed dissolve and the product penetrates wonderfully. I'm giong to try to re-melt it gently in a double-boiler to see if I can get the product more uniform - I'm thinking the wax should have been micro-beaded."

"When I got this, it was as if it had melted and then solidified again. It was grainy and hard. I tried putting it on my skin, and the grains of scratchy stuff did not dissolve. It smells good, but that's about it!"
