Ginger Oil Massage
Research revealed to me the great value of ginger essential oil if regular ginger root (boiled) is unavailable or too expensive. I use this with a carrier oil for massage and find it very effective - I use it nightly, mixed with wintergreen, for my own feet and hands, which are getting somewhat arthritic and stiff. It's great.
