Dependable Brand! This oil is great as are all other Aura Cacia essential oils. This is the only brand that I trust and know is 100% authentic. Also, I own a lot of natural health books and the one brand that they all commonly list in their index for essential oils is Aura Cacia! As with all pure oils, you only need a few drops to reap the benefits. Not a very strong smell to it in my opinion, at least not in comparisson to thyme and rosewood oils. I add it to foot baths and hair conditioner. You would be suprised how long a .5oz bottle really lasts you! Remember to store your essential oils in a dark, cool place. July 20, 2010

5 drops juniper berry, 5 drops balsam fir needle in a lamp ring diffuser.

INVIGORATING MIST:
5 drops juniper berry, 12 drops fir needle, 1 drop wintergreen in a mister.
