Remove the cap and AWAKEN!
I am an Aura Cacia fan, period. I have multiple bottles of this blend. One by my computer and one in my purse. Scent awakens and refreshes ~ but also is great in case of a little tension headache. Dab a little on your scalp at the tense spot and tension eases.

I love this product!
These oils are high quality and I love to use them with carrier oils like coconut oil. The recommended temple massage with this oil is wonderful. I also apply it to other areas for relaxation and clearing.

Yummy
The strongest note is spearmint, and the combination with lavender smells delicious. Not in the sense that I want to taste it, but it just smells yummy! I've used it in the room diffuser, car diffuser, made a scented mist to spray the kids' beds at bedtime, and a linen spray to spritz on handkerchiefs when I iron them.
