Very relaxing I had been using a combination of cedar and lavender, which are also excellent. Simply wean ted to try something different. I like this product and their Chill Pill essential oil, which I add to water in a spray bottle and use in my office. It's 18 drops for 1-2 ounces of water. March 15, 2013

Pillow Spray
Combine 18 drops with 1 Tbsp water in a spray mister.

Massage Oil
Combine 7 drops with each Tbsp of sweet almond oil.

Ingredients: Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, citrus sinensis (sweet orange) oil, humulus lupulus (hops) co2 extract, pogostemon cablin (patchouli) oil, achillea millefolium (yarrow) oil, matricaria recutita (german chamomile) oil.

Warnings

Avoid direct sunlight. Dilute properly. May irritate skin. Not for internal use.
