Aura Cacia Relaxation Essential Oil Blend -- 0.5 fl oz
This is not one of my favorite blends, but it is a nice combination of oils. It is just a little too heavy on the citrus oils for my personal taste. I add additional lavender, ylang ylang, or some peppermint to the blend to tone down the citrus some.

I have used Aura Cacia essential oils for several years. This particular Relaxation Blend is a favorite among myself and my massage therapy clients! I also use this blend often when making my own bath salts using Epsom salts. It goes well in a Mediterranean sea salt scrub as well. Mixed with water, it works well as a natural room freshener spray. I will continue to use this blend often!

This blend is a clean, calming scent; very soothing for stressful times as well as wind down time. I would recommend buying an aromatherapy ball diffuser that plugs into the outlet. It comes with little pads that you put several drops on and they are very reasonably priced.

Not for "Relaxation"
The first 3 ingredients are citrus and strong! I use this to clean with...not recommended for relaxation...can't really notice the lavender.

Nice, Relaxing Oil Blend
I am really pleased with this blend of relaxation essential oils; the scent is very synchronized. My only dilemma is how to use this? I'm a novice at using essential oils. I have tried to combine the oil with water in a spray bottle to use as a room freshner, but the scent is so faint, you can barely smell it (even after adding more drops). I will have to purchase a diffuser to see if this is more effective.
