This conditioner is great This conditioner immediately softened my hair and it smells great. Grey hair can be more course so I was very satisfied with the results. I came back and ordered the shampoo and conditioner to send to my daughter. May 4, 2013

This just did not work with my hair. I was sadly disappointed with this product. I did like the shampoo but found the conditioner to be very drying on my hair. I also noticed my hair was a tangled mess after use. I will add that I normally need a very moisturizing conditioner due to dry, damaged hair. Also as my hair is growing longer it does tend to tangle unless I use a quality conditioner but this one was not enough. November 25, 2012

This product is terrible for long hair I will never use this product or line for my hair again! I have long, thick hair that tangles when wet. I wash and condition my hair and then comb through it in the shower with the conditioner acting as a detangler, then rinse. I couldn't get the wide-tooth comb through my hair! It made the problem worse and my hair wasn't even soft with the conditioner still in it! I had to rinse it out and use another product just to comb through it! I really do not recommend this product for long or thick hair! July 9, 2012

not good I was hoping this shampoo and conditioner would help balance and moisturize my long, but frizzy, hair. The shampoo is nice: lathers well, smells wonderful, but leaves my hair very tangly and feels stripped. When I follow with the conditioner it does nothing to detangle and seems to coat my hair in something that makes it dull when dried. I've tried very small amounts to very large amounts; I've tried immediate rinsing and combing and I've tried letting the conditioner sit for 5 minutes. It always seems to be the same. In addition, I've had itchy scalp issues off and on. After using this my scalp seems itchier than before. I will put this same review for the conditioner since I've only used them together. I have tried a few shampoo/conditioner from Avalon organics now with little success. I LOVE their facial care, though. May 21, 2012
