This pair is smoooooooth See my review for the shampoo. The conditioner adds just the right touch. I only add conditioner below the ears to my long hair. This stuff is great to prevent frizzes. My hair feels like the TV models' hair looks when they are swinging their heads around. (Too many grey hairs for mine to match the younger set). Tames my wiry rebels, even in damp and rainy weather. left my hair a bit greasy This is truly fragrance-free and (personally) I found I missed having a bit of a scent in my shampoo/conditioner. Apart from that, this product did leave my hair feeling a bit heavy and even looked slightly greasy in spots if I didn't really get it rinsed completely out. I won't buy it again. May 13, 2011

Great hair product! I have fallen in love with Avalon's products because they omit dangerous chemicals and preservatives from their products that cause many health problems such as; parabens, propylene glycol, and sodium laurelyth sulfate. The price is great compared to the grocery store prices, so that's why I shop at vitacost! April 9, 2011

Massage into freshly cleaned hair, leave in for a minimum of 1-3 minutes to lock in moisture, then rinse.
