Really does what it says This shampoo really does what it says it should do-- it makes my hair really shine. It also seems to have helped with improving my hair's elasticity. I have not had as much breakage or fallout when combing my hair since using this shampoo. February 13, 2013

yes I have a full head of hair and this shampoo leaves it looking FLAT. I would recommend instead: Avalon Organics Lemon Clarifying Shampoo with Shea Butter. It smells great and leaves hair clean and full-bodied. August 3, 2011

Not crazy about it Despite already a being a fan of Avalon products, I wasn't crazy about the Ylang ylang scent. Love ylang ylang but wish the sent were stronger. Still have sitting in my shower months and months later. June 26, 2011

New Favorite Shampoo I've tried many shampoos and my "Go To Brand" is now Avalon Organics. The Glistening Shampoo has become my new favorite and I interchange it with the Biotin B-Complex Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner. The Ylang Ylang in the Glistening Shampoo gives it a very nice smell and it leaves my gray/white hair soft, shiny and yes......glistening. Since adding this new product to my hair care needs, I've received many comments on how nice it looks. May 29, 2011

Apply to wet hair, massage into a rich lather, rinse. For best results, follow with Ylang Ylang Shine Conditioner.
