"First of all I get a single process to cover grays then I get foils to keep my hair blond. If you have to ask what that means you don't need this conditioner. It is so nice because if your hair is dry and porous like mine it will suck up this conditioner and not rinse right out. Your hair will feel silky. My hair is also thick and everytime I wash it, lots and lots come out because of all the processing I do to it. Good conditioner for flattening hair afterwards too, keeps it soft"

Apply to clean, wet hair and rinse. The longer you leave conditioner on, the deeper the nutrients can penetrate your hair. Gentle enough for daily use.
