AMAZING I LOVE this shampoo and conditioner! It makes my curls look better and softer than any other line!!! I have been using it for 2 years. Before this one I used Nourish and shine, but this is better. Recently I tried an herbal essence shampoo and Oh my god doesn't begin.. it's been awful for my hair. Apply to wet hair and lather with a gentle massaging motion. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed. Follow with AVEENO® NOURISH + MOISTURIZE Conditioner.

Ingredients: Water, ammonium lauryl sulfate, dimethicone, sodium cumenesulfonate, cocamide MEA, cetyl alcohol, tritcum vulgare (wheat) gluten, triticum vulgare (wheat) germ oil, avena sativa (oat) peptide, mauritia flexuosa fruit oil, acrylates copolymer, cocamidopropyl betaine, caprylyl glycol, fragrance, phenoxyethanol, glycol distearate, tetrasodium EDTA, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, polyquaternium-10, glycerin, mica, titanium dioxide.
