truthful Tribulis I have used other Tribulis products rate at 40% saponins. This product is rated at 60% saponins. I have notice a quicker reaction. I use primarily for libido effect and must say it works very quickly. I use 1 per day during the week and 2 per day Fri, Sat & Sun and noticed a more energetic and quicker response. June 4, 2008

Ayurceutics Tribulus Directions

Take 2 (500 mg) capsules, two times per day or as directed by your health care practitioner.  Best results are achieved after 60 days. Not to be taken if dehydrated or by those for whom testosterone or estrogen-increasing substances are to be avoided. Not for use during pregnancy.
