I've used Bach Florals before but it had been a while. I found it again and I'm so happy. I don't know how it works in your body but all I know is that it works!! ALL Backh Florals.

good purchase
I would definitely recommend this product. The only thing is that you have to give this product time to work. I did notice that over time, I became less stressed out and had less anxiety. I still have anxiety because I guess that is just my nature, but this product has helped me to deal with it better.
