Great effect! Not what I was expecting.
Using this product has made me more outgoing. I feel less anxious talking to people, so I guess that it has made me more confident. I don't feel it's changed my self-esteem, but I didn't really have an issue with that in the first place. I do feel that it has improved my mood and made me more sociable.

Relieves Discomfort at Work
I use this product on occasion at work when I am feeling stressed or frightened, and I can detect a difference in my comfort level when I use it. I do not use it every day and this seems to increase the effectiveness when I really need it.
