helpful for trauma
I already love Rescue Remedy, but I got this one specifically for nightmares that I get from a specific traumatic event. It is VERY helpful for calming me around that specific issue. It also helps with general down in the dumps feelings.

Works consistently for me
I use Bach Flower Essences regularly but only use Star of Bethlehem when I need it. In the last two years, I've had to deal with the deaths of two people close to me (two different times) and I would not have passed through the grieving process as easily without taking the Star of Bethlehem essence multiple times a day for several months.

Great Product!
As part of the very effect Rescue Remedy, I use Star of Bethlehem by itself when I have a tense day. It works wonders for me with one dose!
