Not sure if this works as well as the other ones I am using. I prefer the pastilles.

I don't think these work very well. For the price - I would just buy a Bach tincture remedy instead - it will work faster/better. These get gross after chewing on them for 2 minutes.

Helps with graveyard shift
I knew that I was going to need something to get me through the few nights that I had to work graveyard shift. This product works to reduce the physical stress but you need more than one piece. At times, I was chewing up to four pieces, which worked well.

Try it, It works for me.
Having the rescue remedy in a piece of gum is very convenient and inconspicuous if you're out and about. Chew it slowly and mindfully, so the liquid is released slowly. By the time the flavor is gone, it will have served its purpose. If you're just looking for a piece of gum, this isn't for you.

When I face life's little stressors, it is nice to know that I can use Bach Flower Remedies which are a healthy alternative to drugs. Taste is pleasant but doesn't last a long time.
