Calming Sleep
Amazingly these tiny little capsules really seem to help me ease into sleep. It doesn't feel weird or unnatural, it just sort of calms the body. I've never taken a sleep aid before, but since I've had a new baby, these have been wonderful.

It really works!
This product worked so well for my mom that she had my sister and I try it. It has worked for both of us. Great product!!!

Dissapointed
I have bought this same product in the spray form for years and I love it. This version was very dissapointing. The "capsules" are very difficult to remove from the foil they are enclosed in. Half of them rolled away never to be found again. I didn't think they were very effective, either. Nothing like the spray. Highly recommend the spray. Not this.
