Surprisingly good! I didn't have a lot of expectations for a dried food product, but we were camping for 3 weeks and wanted to take some things easy to keep and fix. The Hawaiian Chicken was really good! It didn't taste a bit like it had been dried -- we were very happy with it and other Backpacker's foods that I got. July 2, 2011
