Not your typical dried fruit!
The problem with a lot of dried fruit is one of the following:
--so dense and hard you can't bite into it easily
--not fully dry, so it's more of a fruit chew
These apple chips are neither of those. They are just the right dryness so they are crispy and crunchy without being wafer thin and brittle. They really satisfy the potato chip craving and have a very nice apple flavor. The problem with them being so good is it's VERY easy to eat the whole bag in one sitting :)
You could even use these with a dip, although there tend not to be very many large pieces in the bag...lots of small/sharp ones. This does not appear to be an issue of breaking during shipping, just the cutting/drying process I think.

Love them!
These apple chips are AMAZING! So crunchy, a little sweet and a little tart. Great for a snack. Only problem is, if you start eating them, you don't want to stop. My 2 year old LOVES them and I don't mind letting her have them any time since they are healthy! Even the hubby loves them! Always make sure to have some on hand!
