Don't want to live without it ! When I mix a 1/3 cup of flax oil with 2/3 cup of cottage cheese and liquify it in the Magic Bullet with a little water and/or Blue machine naked juice, I get a recipe for health which makes a poor boy feel like a million bucks. August 4, 2012

1-2 Tbsp. daily, can be used in salad dressings, mixed with yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal, blended beverages & protein drinks. Refrigerate. Freezing will extend shelf life up to one year.
