I would suggest you research the ingredients and you'll find this product to be very good for you. As for some of the claims, I can't say I experienced any but I believe in taking this product continually.

A very complete EFA formula!
My husband is working fulltime and going to graduate school. His stress level is very high and he never gets enough sleep. I decided he needed a little more "oomph" than his long-time Omega 3 formula was providing, so I bought this comprehensive formula to take its place. Hubby has only been taking this for only a few weeks, but it seems to me that his energy level has already picked up a bit. This past weekend, he actually had the motivation to go for a 45-minute walk. And his mood seems to be a little more balanced, too... not so on edge.

Former Sickie
So here's the deal: I'm a guy who gets sick a lot. Plus, having a 3 year old in the house doesn't help matters. However, my doctor (who believes in Eastern medicine as well) suggested Omega Man to me. I take 2 capsules in the AM along with 2 Astragalus and 2 Acai Berry Extract. Then repeat the routine at night. What I can tell you is that since I've been on this regimen, I can't recall the last time I've been sick. I'm sure I have been in the past couple of years, but I'm hard pressed to figure it out. With the stress of my job, it used to like every other month. I'm not a person to normally write reviews but if this helps anyone else out, then that's great.

Great Product
This is a great product! I feel like i have more energy and i don't tire as before. I would highly recommend this product.

Awesome product
For enhanced libido you have to give this product a try. Also great for prostate and cardiovascular health. No other poduct I have tried compares to Omega Man-Terrific!!!
