Easy to take with nice taste Thisis my favorite of all the swirl flavors. I began using this in place of another omega supplement and have not noticed any issues with the change. Barlean's offers local tastings periodically at health food stores. Its a good idea to try before you buy if possible. February 16, 2012

I could still taste the flax oil and didn't like the flavor. Loved the strawberry-banana though so will stick with that one. December 15, 2011
