"When you shake oil, it leaks out of the top. I believe it should have a residue to shake up and I don't see this darker substance. The larger bottles are a good cost deal but harder to handle."

"I have tried other flax oils over the years and was so revolted by the taste, just decided to do without. Barlean's was recommended by the health professional who put me on a whole food nutrition program for weight loss, and initially I just used a tablespoonful in the protein/fruit smoothie twice a day. Then tried the flax oil in a homemade salad dressing, and was won over by the great taste - it's better than olive oil. Keep it refrigerated and it is good to the last drop."
