Very mild tasting
I regularly use this product to get my Omega 3's. I add it to my juice in the morning and at night. Very good quality!

Best Flaxseed oil ever!
We have tried other flaxseed oils and there is none as good as this one! Barlean's has the best taste that you can't taste in your smoothies or other foods you choose to put it in. Also, you can actually take it on a spoon and it's very palatable which is definitely not the case for the other oils I've tried! I will NEVER buy another brand EVER!

Wonderful, but USE IT UP!
This is wonderful, but like any oil...use it up. Don't try to keep it a long time. It does get rancid, even in the refrigerator.

Great Flax Oil
Highly recommend product. We use it in our shakes and smoothies. Also, tastes great used as a dressing over salads. Vitacost has best prices, reasonable and prompt shipping.
