Organic Forti-Flax is nutritionally packed. I eat a lot of organic foods and supplements. Forti-Flax is made of flax seed that has o-mega 3 fatty acids which are very beneficial. Also, this product contains trace minerals, amino acids and is USDA grade organic. It is great food supplement that I can put on oatmeal, salads, baked potatoes, cold cereals and any other foods that I prepare. It is a great product and Vitacost has it at a great price! Best flaxseed I have found I use this daily in my oatmeal or cereal. It has the best texture and taste of any flaxseed that I have tried. I also like that it is organic, and the container keeps it very fresh (I store in the refrigerator). December 22, 2012
