REcommended by my internist Easy to digest, The EPA DHA are the most important ingredients, and NOT the quantity of fish oil according to my doctor. Both my gastro and internist recommended this same brand!. Price IS higher than fish oil,, but the "good stuff"(EPA DHA) most often is not included. BARLEANS Omega 3 is all I get now. Take two daily!
