Too sour I don't know how effective this is because I couldn't choke down more than two doses. I gave it 2 stars because it does dissolve well and has the potential to be well absorbed. However, it was so incredibly sour it gave me shivers. I tried mixing it with juice, still too sour and shivers. I tried mixing in Stevia, it was sweet and sour and shivers. Maybe someone else would be able to drink it, but I couldn't. August 2, 2012
