This product made me very nauseous and sick. I am not at all sensitive to medications, caffieine, thermogenics etc.... But this one made me very nauseous and sick. I have no desire to take it again! December 4, 2012

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules twice daily for first 3 days, then continue with 2-3 capsules twice daily. Adjust dose accordingly. Take with meals and drink at least 64 oz of water a day. Don't exceed recommended dosage.
