noticable benefit!
I've taken creatine supplements int he past and have frequently experienced more fluid retention than increased strength... that sense of the muscle fibers benefitting from the creatine. This product is not like that and the effects were noticable early on. I initially loaded with four caps pre and then again post workout for a ten day period. After that. I backed down to two pre and two post workout and continue to feel the benefits: I'm stronger.... WITHOUT the extar water retention. As a female, I'm emotionally sensitive to that I would guess. But it is absolutely worth mentioning that I feel great using this product!

Top Quality Creatine
I have tried most Creatines out there (i.e. Creatine Monohydrate,Creatine Ethyl Ester,etc.) With the Monohydrate to much water and swelling of my joints turned me off to it. The Ethyl Ester I had some good results with however didnt like the powder, more of a pill guy. When I first saw this new Creatine Complex from Beast, I was very interested as it has some good looking forms of Creatine that alot of companies arent using. I asked for a sample of this product direct from the company they sent it out fast and I can say great customer service, I received the samples and tried them was supplied with 3 days of samples (makes me happy).. Products is great I purchased a bottle right after to continue have gained some good size using it almost 3 weeks into it. I would recommend this to anyone who wants Creatine but with out the water weight and swelling & pain of other creatines.
