not bad My only real complaint is that the capsules seem to be only filled partially maybe 1/3 would rather have fuller capsules for less per dose quantity Im a big guy and need to use all 12 per dose as is they are a mouthfull June 29, 2010

Beastly PreWorkout After trying this product via a sample, I decided to purchase let me start off by telling you that I have tried a number of preworkouts in the past and provided me with the intensity and focus that Predator has given me. I only took about half the dose at 6 pills and it worked like a charm. I was so intense and focus during lifting that nothing outside of getting that weight up mattered lol.. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great preworkout March 27, 2009

As a dietary supplement, take up to 10 capsules 30 minutes prior to training.

Alternately, you may begin with 6-8 capsules 30 minutes prior to training and adjust dosage according to desired level of training intensity. Always consume Predator with at least 12 oz of water and continue to hydrate throughout your workout.

On non-workout days, take 3-5 capsules in the morning and 3-5 capsules in the evening preferable with meals.
