keep repurchasing
I use this shampoo for couple years now. It does not cause any allergies or irritations of the scalp. It is very gentle on my hair and does not strip it from natural oils. I am allergic to fragrances and my older son is allergic to artificial dyes. My sons and husband use it as a shampoo and as a shower gel. The price is very economical and you need just a small dot of product. Most often I use it with Desert Essence coconut conditioner.

No going back
I'm so glad I found this stuff. I always feel clean and "un-chemical-ed" after using this. Feels good on my hair and doesn't offend my nose. I like all of the shampoos and conditioners I have tried from BWC. Good brand! I like that the shampoo is nice and thick and foams up well. Some natural stuff makes you wonder whether anything happened because it's so thin and undetectable. I don't have to use as much because of that too.

lovely -- my favorite shampoo
This cruelty-free shampoo used to be scented with grapefruit oil, which I miss. Now it's citrus scented & almost as nice -- for sure, the cleanest, freshest and most natural scent of any shampoo I know of, and I've tried many. It's gentle, effective, pleasant, and concentrated; a little goes a long way, and my hair is thick and almost a yard long.
