Recommended use to burn calories fast: To experience the fat-loss power of BEAUTYFUEL™, start by taking 1 capsule with an 8 oz. glass of cold water 2 times daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals. If you're exercising that day, take one of these servings prior to your workout. On day 2, increase dosage to 2 capsules twice daily. Do not take more than 2 capsules in any 4-hour period and/or 4 capsules ever 24 hours. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Taking BEAUTYFUEL™, more than the recommended dose will not improve results.

NOT FOR USE BY MEN. Do not use if pregnant, nursing or are allergic or contraindicated to aspirin. If you are taking aspirin or blood thinning or other medication, consult your health care professional before using this product. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery, or if upset stomach occurs. Not for use by people under 18. Maintain adequate hydration levels during use. Consult a medical doctor before use if you have been treated for, diagnosed with, or have a family history of any medical condition including, but not limited to, high or low blood pressure, cardiac conditions, heart disease, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, anxiety, depression, oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI), anticoagulants or any prescription or over-the-counter medication(s). Consult your physician before use if you are sensitive to stimulants. One serving of this product contains as much caffeine as 1 cup of coffee (50mg). Limit consumption of other caffeine sources such as coffee, tea, cola or energy drinks. Discontinue use if you experience any negative side effect. Use only as directed.
