Just Like The Old Days
Having tried other brands of instant polenta, I can definitely say I like this one the best. It has a nice consistency, cooks quickly and easily; and rarely makes lumps. I just add some butter and cream cheese to it and it makes a very filling and satisfying breakfast.
I’ve also prepared it for my family. My aunts, now in their 80’s, grew up enjoying the polenta that my Grandfather prepared with tomato sauce and Italian sausage. They speak very highly of this polenta – that is definitely high praise.
