Super Good Organic Pistachios I received my order today & these pistachios looked so good I had to open them & try them. I'm not super big on pistachios, but these are great! (Hard to put them down!) All the shells are partially open, so they are easy to pry open & pop out the nut. The nuts are big & I like that none of that fake coloring is added to these. These nuts would be great in a white chocolate chip cookie recipe. Or any recipe where they will stand out. The 8oz bag contains a lot more nuts than I was expecting. I would buy 2 bags if planning to munch & bake with them. November 6, 2012
