Not really raw and tasted stale These cashews taste roasted even though they are supposed to be raw. I heard that it is difficult to get truly raw cashews in this country any more, and most are pasteurized, but the ones I usually get still taste raw. These tasted cooked and very STALE! Certainly far from "the best of all" cashews I have had, in fact may have been "the worst of all"! May 30, 2013
