Recommended Usage: To recover glutamine levels and avoid deterioration of muscle tissue and immune system function, consume 1-2 servings of CHEWIES™ Glutamine Micros after exercise. To further boost glutamine intake, consume another 1-2 servings on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or before bed.
