Yeast Breads (loaf): Double the liquid in regular recipe (if a recipe calls for 2 cups of liquid, add 4). Dough will be a batter. Beat for three minutes, instead of kneading. Let rise only once, in pans, and bake as directed.


Shaped Yeast Breads: Increase the liquid by half (if a recipe calls for 2 cups of liquid, add 3). Beat for three minutes. Shape breads immediately, and let rise only once. Bake as directed.

Best Gluten Free Flour! I have used several different brands of gluten free all-purpose flour and this one, by far, is the best! I make homemade bread frequently because my son doesn't like the frozen store bought brands. When I use the Better Batter Gluten Free Flour, my bread comes out so good that you can hardly tell its gluten free. When I bought other brands, the color, texture and taste were not the same.
