Great product to use in soups, stews, sauces
Have been buying this product (also chicken, beef, turkey & lobster flavors) from the grocery store for years. It is quality stuff, great flavor & not super salty like most bouillons & broths. Very easy to stir a little into a dish to give additional flavor &/or create a sauce. Also great in soups & stews...add a little to kick up the flavor. Stores well in refrigerator. Recently came across it at Vitacost & was less expensive than in local grocery stores.

Lot of flavor in small amount
I bought this for backpacking, thinking it was powder. It's not. It's a paste (a sticky paste). Not so convenient for backpacking as a powder, but it is delicious. Salty & tasty. It adds salt & flavor to a noodle & dehydrated veggie soup.

Terrific stuff
As a vegan, I eat a goodly amount of brown rice. Nothing makes it as tasty as adding some of this stuff to it while it cooks. My husband loves it as a drink. It adds flavor & makes all kinds of veggies taste better. One item I always like to have around, and a little goes a long way.

No MSG
Yahoo, a product that tastes great, is organic and has no MSG. The other bullion in stores is no good. This is the next best thing to making your own veggie stock.

It really is better than buillion!
You have to go to health food stores to get all natural buillion. This vegetable base buillion is very tasty. I've added it to home-made soups. It has salt, so no extra salt is needed when cooking with it.
