Too sweet, too sticky.
Tried this as an alternative to PB2. Even though less water is used with the same amount of powder I found it to be inferior in making a decent peanut butter. This Betty Lou's is much sweeter than PB2 which I find too sweet as it is. I also found the mixture when water was added to be a little sticky which bothered me. I'm guessing that's due to the sweetener (coconut sugar) added. Overall, it didn't feel or taste like real peanut butter to me so I don't recommend it.

Great product
This is a great product for adding a low fat/low sugar protein to your diet. I do not like this product as a peanut butter spread but it is great to add to things like smoothies or oatmeal to get your protein in. It is also good as a peanut butter dip, for dipping things like apples.

Good Stuff
This stuff is good! As you should assume, the texture when mixed with water to form a nut butter is not the same, but this product is so flexible for thousands of uses! I mean smoothies, milkshakes, oatmeal, pudding, ice cream, muffins, cookies; you can add this powder to anything and add some protein and delish peanut butter flavor! I'm obssessed with peanut butter so this is great low cal! I love mixing the chocolate flavor with cold almond milk! It's like pudding!

great flavor, low calories!
I absolutely love peanut butter and this product is great! You save on calories and carbs but not on flavor! I use it everyday in my morning smoothies
