Worth It's Weight in Gold I have been taking this supplement after a recommendation from a personal trainer and sports nutritionist. Since taking it I have lost 11 pounds and find that it is easier for me to lose weight and maintain that loss when taking them. There is absolutely no fish or oily taste.
