Gets the job done. I have tried many BCAA and Glutamine powders and this one mixes the best with very little froth left over. It is better to mix this completely before adding any ice cubes (if it's too cold, some of the powder never dissolves). Though it's not the most delicious thing ever, it does not taste bad. Which is more than I can say for any other powder I have tried! I have experimented with other brands and flavors but I always come back to Beverly Black Cherry. December 15, 2012
