By far my favorite protein powder ever! I love the way this tastes as a shake and when you mix it with less water it has a pudding consistency that is equally yummy... for variation I mix in a little almond butter or cinnamon. This powder has the least cholesterol of any others I have tried and has very few carbs or sugar... great! October 3, 2011

Ultimate Muscle I use this prodcut to enhance foods I normally eat. I usually add half a scoop to my morning oatmeal to boost its protein level. Its a flavor additive and protein boost all in one. To make a delicious shake:

Pour 8 oz of cold water into a blender or the container of your choice.
Add 1 scoop of UMP and blend or mix until the texture is smooth or as you desire it.
Drink and enjoy!
For a thicker, sweeter shake, reduce the amount of water slightly. Adding 3-4 small ice cubes when blending will also increase thickness.
For a thinner shake, add more water.
