"Although I don't know if this wil have the same effect for others, this helps to aleviate some of my premenstrual symptoms like cramps. I think that if you like raspberry, you may find that the taste is pretty good ( I only sort of like it which is why I rated the taste only 3 stars)."

"This is the boldest flavor in a herbal raspberry tea I have ever found. It is not as good as a regular tea, but herbals are always more subtle. For a herbal, I would rate it top notch in every category!"

Bigelow Tea Caffeine Free Herbal Red Raspberry Directions

HOT TEA: Pour boiling water over tea bag in a cup and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

ICEDTEA-QUICK BREW METHOD: Place 6 tea bags in one-quart container. Pour 1 cup (8 fl. oz.) boiling water over tea bags; steep 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. A dd 3 cups (24 fl. oz.) cold water. Serve over ice. Sweeten to taste. Makes one quart.
