Very good
Although I don't know if this wil have the same effect for others, this helps to aleviate some of my premenstrual symptoms like cramps. I think that if you like raspberry, you may find that the taste is pretty good ( I only sort of like it which is why I rated the taste only 3 stars).

Great Tasting Herbal Tea
This is the boldest flavor in a herbal raspberry tea I have ever found. It is not as good as a regular tea, but herbals are always more subtle. For a herbal, I would rate it top notch in every category!
