Did not hold up to be 100% As you may or may not know, olive oil is not always what they say it is. The industry has been found to be adding other oils, etc in their products. A true test of EVOO is to place it in the refrigerator and see if it solidifies. If it doesn't, it is not EVOO. Well, I placed this one in the refrig and it did NOT pass the test. I've emailed the company asking for an explanation. This is suppose to be some of the best oil out there - some companies can not be trusted. July 18, 2012
