Bio-Form Essentials Alpha-Fibe FBCx® Directions
As a fiber supplement, take 1-2 tablets at the start of a full meal with 8 oz. of water. Begin with 1 tablet at each meal for the first week of use. If necessary, tablets may be taken as much as 1 hour after a meal. Alpha-Fibe FBCx® works with food intake containing a normal amount of fat.
