Love this probiotic!
I have always loved Bio-K and was thrilled to find it on Vitacost for a great price (the only downside is extra shipping costs for ice).
The dairy free tastes great to me, like a "natural" flavored sour European yogurt. If you are looking for sweet this is not it.
Most importantly, it helps greatly with my intermittent digestive issues. I usually take a half bottle per day, and Bio-K actually makes a lid to cover the unused portion (I got mine for free at Whole Foods). This also offsets the cost of the product, unless you need to take all at once, Some people take a spoonful at a time..
Shake WELL to mix or it may be lumpy!

Great for when you need a strong probiotic. When I am just maintaining, I try to make one bottle last 3-4 days. This helps for cost effectiveness within budget.
