Good Carb blocker This product is quite good. It does block carbs. The big plus is that it's vegetarian, no gelatin used. Cellulose is used instead for the capsule shell. There aren't any other products right now that are vegetarian. October 29, 2008

Adults take two (2) capsules twice daily with food. Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with a low-fat, reduced calorie diet and daily exercise program. As a reminder, discuss your diet and exercise plan and the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
