"I was attracted by the blend of veggies and high protein content of this formula, but it is the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. Yes, I tried it with milk and fruit/sweeteners, but it was completely undrinkable. It tasted like rotten brussels sprouts. What a waste of money. You're better off blending some regular store brand whey protein with milk, fruit and a handful of frozen greens- you won't even taste the veggies, and you'll spend way less money."

"if anything, this product is very filling. It taste pretty good when I mix it with soy milk. i haven't tried it with any other liquids. No aftertaste....no horrible gas.

Using scoop provided, add two (2) heaping scoops (1 oz.) (30.5g) to 3/4-1 cup (6-8 fl. oz.) (178-237 mL) of ice cold water. Stir briskly until dissolved.
